SMS Privacy Policy:

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Aarvig Pennell, APC ("Aarvig Pennell," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal employee SMS voicemail notification program.

Program scope: This SMS program is internal to Aarvig Pennell and is used solely to notify our employees when they receive a voicemail on the firm's business phone system. Messages contain the caller ID and a voicemail transcription. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and this program is not offered to the public or to clients.

Consent: Employees consent to receive these SMS notifications on their mobile devices as part of Aarvig Pennell's employment communications policy, acknowledged during onboarding.

Opting out: An employee may reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving notifications and will receive a confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance. Employees may also opt out by contacting the firm directly.

Information we collect: We collect the employee's mobile phone number and the voicemail notification content (caller ID and transcription) necessary to deliver the notification.

How we use information: Solely to deliver internal voicemail notifications and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Sharing your information: No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared.
