Employee SMS Voicemail Notifications:

Aarvig Pennell, APC uses SMS to deliver internal voicemail notifications to its employees. This is an internal business messaging program. It is not available to the public, and no consumer or client sign-up is offered on this page.

Who receives messages: Aarvig Pennell employees only.

What the messages contain: When an employee receives a voicemail on the firm's business phone system, the firm sends that employee an SMS containing the caller ID and a transcription of the voicemail. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent.

How employees consent (opt-in): Employees consent to receive these notifications on their mobile devices as part of Aarvig Pennell's internal employment communications policy. Consent is acknowledged during onboarding. There is no public keyword or web form to opt in, because this program is limited to firm employees.

Opt-out and help: An employee may reply STOP to any message to stop receiving notifications, and will receive a confirmation that the request was processed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the firm directly.

Message frequency: Varies based on voicemail volume.

Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
